Keith A. Gúyot, Bio

Keith Gúyot is a corporate recruiting executive and successful entrepreneur with interests in companies located in the United States, Australia and Asia. Keith was trained and mentored by the eminent Dr. Douglas Forbes of the renowned Forbes family. Retired from TRW Research Laboratories as the Director of Advanced Technologies, Dr. Forbes started a scientific executive search firm. Keith eventually became the top executive search consultant for that firm placing senior level scientists, engineers and programmers in careers for the aerospace and defense technology industries, which included such projects as the Space Shuttle program, Northrop’s Inertial Navigation System program, the Tiger Shark program, the MX Missile and Stealth Fighter/Bomber programs.

Later, Keith developed the United States executive search division for D.P.S. International, a London based executive search firm. There, he also placed scientist, engineers and programmers for numerous high tech companies throughout the State of California and nationwide, in such areas as semi-conductors, robotic applications for high-speed automation, computer storage, biotechnology, manufacturing, nuclear energy and nanotechnology.

In 1988, Keith expanded into the commercial banking arena and set up his own company Gúyot & Associates Management and Technical Search Consultants headquartered in Westwood, California. The firm’s name was later changed to Bankers Search, Inc. which is now headquartered in the beautiful Marina del Rey, California. Bankers Search, Inc. sources and develops candidates to fill positions at the top executive and director levels for the domestic and international commercial banking industry. Bankers Search, Inc. has clients and executive recruiters strategically located throughout the United States, Brasil, Australia and Asia.

Besides his businesses, Keith is a highly sought after Expert Witness for employee-employer related judicial proceedings in the banking industry. Keith is a proud father of four, a community leader, Porsche enthusiast an avid yachtsman and aspiring golfer.
